APPR Information for Parents
We are in receipt of the APPR ratings for staff whose evaluations were conducted in accordance with the Valley Stream UFSD Thirteen APPR plan approved by New York State Education Department for 2015-2016. As per the New York State, you can request the composite rating for your child’s current teacher from your child’s principal. Please contact your child’s principal for further information.
Valley Stream UFSD Thirteen assesses its students for the purpose of providing appropriate instruction. We plan to continue implementing the assessments listed in our negotiated APPR plan for the year as these assessments guide the instructional program for our students.
