Students across Valley Stream UFSD Thirteen enjoyed a day of excitement, teamwork, and school spirit during the district’s annual Field Day celebration.
Held outdoors under sunny skies, Field Day brought together students, teachers, and staff for a variety of engaging activities that promoted physical fitness, cooperation, and fun. Students rotated through stations featuring relay races, obstacle courses, team challenges, and other age-appropriate games that encouraged participation and friendly competition.
Throughout the day, students demonstrated enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and teamwork as they cheered on classmates. The event provided an opportunity for children to build friendships, develop confidence, and enjoy healthy outdoor activity. As the school year winds down, Field Day served as a joyful reminder of the strong connections and sense of community that make Valley Stream UFSD Thirteen a special place to learn and grow.
